Project Overview
CPV Rogue’s Wind is a 114 MW wind energy facility in Cambria and Clearfield Counties, Pennsylvania. This is the third project to repurpose a former coal mine into a source of renewable energy and CPV’s third operating project in Cambria County, following CPV Maple Hill Solar and CPV Fairview Energy Center.
CPV Rogue’s Wind reached commercial operation in Q3 of 2026.

CPV is working closely with the Rock Run Recreation Park and nearby private owners to minimize disturbance during construction. The project also supports Rock Run Recreational Area’s continued financial viability while providing a renewable energy educational experience for park patrons.
