Michael Resca is Senior Vice President of Development and brings more than a decade of experience in power plant siting, development and commercialization. Mike was the lead developer for four operating wind energy projects in the Midwestern United States and led development for CPV in Mexico where he managed the siting and development of various wind energy projects. Most recently, Mike was the project lead for the CPV Fairview Energy Center, responsible for the development, permitting, contracting and commercial arrangements. He currently manages the ongoing development activities for CPV’s renewable energy program. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
