Jim is Senior Vice President, Finance for CPV. Joining CPV in 2008, Jim has supported the financial structuring of $6.5Bn in senior and mezzanine capital for CPV’s natural gas and wind powering generation projects.  Additionally, he has responsibility for day-to-day management of the finance group which manages the finances of the assets managed by CPV’s Asset Management Group.  He is currently responsible for the financial structuring of CPV’s renewable energy projects. Jim has 25 years of experience in the energy sector starting with Entergy, and prior to joining CPV in the finance group at PG&E NEG.  Jim began his career as a Project Engineer with a national contracting and construction management firm.  Jim holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
