David Vickerman is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CPV. Over the last 25 years, David has spent time both as a principal investor and portfolio company C-Suite executive having built, scaled, and managed both energy companies and investment funds to produce significant results. Prior to joining CPV, David has spent the last 10 years as a C-Suite Executive (CFO, COO and CCDO) at leading private equity backed US renewable energy IPPs. Over this time, he led the successful completion of several equity capital raises totaling over $500 million as well as successful exits of platform companies to strategic investors. In addition, he managed the growth and scaling of these businesses in the development and financing of over 2,000MW of energy assets.

David holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BSc in Mathematics from Western University in Canada. He has also completed the University of Toronto’s Corporate Director’s Program.
